- Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the receipt of the package.
- Refund, if any, shall be made at the same issuing bank through which the product was purchased once we have received the products and quality check is done. For cash on delivery transactions, the user has the option to receive the refund in any bank account via NEFT (for which the user shall have to share the bank details in writing) or, the refund will be credited to the wallet linked to his/her user account on LIFESPEED. For payments made through electronic means like debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet etc. refund shall be made using the same payment mode. Please allow 10-14 business day for your refund to be credited to your bank account.
- Transfer of payment is only done once the items reach the warehouse, which take between 7-10 business days. In case of returns, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
- The first exchange is done without an additional fee. For further exchanges or in the case of a return post an exchange, there will be a charge of Rs. 50.
- We provide full refund along with shipping charges in case of manufacturing defect or damaged product received.
How do I Return/Exchange my order?
- To process a return or an exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Someone from our team will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
- In case of damaged products, send us the product images along with order number on email@example.com
- We will notify you on email of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange request.
- Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup for your order within 48-72 hours of placement of the pickup request. Please do ensure your availability and shipment readiness for handling over the return to the pickup team.
- For Exchange/Replacement, you have two options as follows which you will be asked to choose from:
a. We initiate return pickup. You reorder product and we ship the product on the same day. You pay for this order online or COD to courier guy. You will get refund for the first order in your bank account after the first order returns reaches us and we do its inspection.
b. We initiate return pickup. We will send you exchanged products after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- In case reverse pick up is not serviceable in your area, you will be requested to self-ship your returns. Please provide us courier name, tracking number, order number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self-shipped.
Guidelines to pack the return order
- Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.).
- Please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return.
- Mention our return address (mentioned below) and order number on the return parcel.
- For self shipped returns, please provide us courier name, tracking number and order number at email@example.com.
Where do I send my return?
Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/ written on your returns parcel with the LIFESPEED order number in cases of both pickup and self shipping. Please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return.

How long will the entire process take?

All Products purchased from the Website shall be delivered to the User by LIFESPEED through a logistics partner or by LIFESPEED themselves. All Products ordered from the Website and successfully delivered to the User by the respective Seller may be returned to the Seller in accordance with the terms contained in the respective Seller policy. However no Products will be accepted by the Seller if (a) the Products have been damaged by the User (b) if there is a change in the quality, quantity or other characteristics of the Product (c) if as per the Seller the product returned is not the Product that was delivered (d) any other circumstances that the Website and/or the Seller may notify or deem appropriate from time to time. The User acknowledges that the Website will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from non-processing an order or any delay in processing an order which is beyond control of the Website. The tags on the product should be intact. The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging. The Website shall not be held responsible and will bear no liability in case of failure or delay of delivering the Products including any damage or loss caused to the Products.
Customers are eligible to raise a cancellation request within 1 day from when the order is placed. In case of requests for order cancellations, LIFESPEED reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. LIFESPEED has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by LIFESPEED and accept LIFESPEED’s decision regarding the cancellation.
